There used to be 6 cache locations for the clues, but now you have to find only 4, so it should be easier and quicker to find this final.

Birch Bay State Park
Welcome to Birch Bay State Park! The park has great views of the North Cascades and Canadian Gulf Islands. It is a popular destination for picnic, beach exploration, clamming, crabbing, windsurfing, paddling, swimming, boating, camping, walking, and bird watching.
Permit: If you are driving to the park, you will need a one-day or annual Discover Pass to park.
Park Hours: 6:30 am - dusk (summer). 8:00 am - dusk (winter).
Dogs: Allowed on leash.
