The previous CO no longer lives local and graciously gave up the spot to me. A sweet location with lots of trails. There are caches all along the Hoy Creek Trail. Please keep your dogs out of the water. There were no live fish when I visited but some expired fish so the hatchery must still be active. A large Heron landed on the rail of the walkway & walked along it 10 feet in front of me.
Bring a pen, watch out for wildlife & be nice to the enviroment
