Point P7 was made in honor of the 7th birthday of a little geocacher. Some hardworking and very smart animals have settled here in the small "end of the world". The small Piķurga river supplies a large family of beavers in a short stretch, and if you go upstream, you can find at least 3 beaver dams and two beaver houses in the vicinity. On the river side, from the hide and the recent watering place, you can find a years-old beaver dam, which has been dismantled several times by local activists, but just as quickly restored by the beavers in the following nights. You can safely cross the Piķurga river through this dam. In the summer, foxes also love this section, and you can observe children playing in the forest of the still-unbuilt village.
Clearly, this environment will not be like this for long. Geocach is located in two building plots of a future village (7-stage building), on the outskirts of the village, on the very outskirts of Salaspils. The thoughts of beavers and future landowners are divided: beavers like to flood and they do it so talentedly, it is unlikely that land buyers will want to watch the birds in the flooded meadow, which is already there. When visiting the hide at different times of the year, you have to expect changing wetness, and possibly a changing obstacle course - because the beaver's dinner is not finished and the beaver has not shared its construction projects :)
