Its back for a third installment - Leap Day Breakfast at Toby Carvery!
Why not get your Leap Day off to a good start by joining friends for breakfast?! There is a souvenir available for attending an event or finding a cache on Leap Day.
All cachers are welcome - whether you are new to Geocaching, new to attending events, or have been before.
Join me between 9.30am and 10.30am on Thursday 29th February for a chat about all things geocaching (other topics can be made available)!
I've picked this venue because it's close to the motorway network, it's on the bus route between Halifax and Huddersfield and it has free parking. It's also where I have held Leap Day breakfast events for the last two leap years! Menus can be found online - although it's usually a buffet breakfast. You could just have a coffee either. And possibly even sneak in without buying anything if you wanted.
We have tables reserved, though until I arrive on the day, I don't know where in the restaurant. I will post an announcement on arrival on the day when I know. If you are super-keen and arrive before me, the reservation is under the name Fiona.
Please indicate in your "will attend" log how many will be in your party. This enables me to let the venue know so they can cook and staff appropriately if it looks like it might be a busy one!
Trackables - any which fit into a small tupperware box (with the lid on) are more than welcome. If you wish to bring anything larger, you are responsible for passing it along or taking it back if no-one is willing.
