Head to the listed coordinates. I hope you won't be needing one of these while looking for the cache but you know where to go if you do.
Find the yellow sign on the wall in the under cover courtyard. Visible from the street.
There are five lines of writing. Let the number of letters in each line equal A, B, C, D, & E respectively.
From the given coordinates, project:
The Angle = (E-D) D . E C
The Distance = (Bx10) . D (Ax4 +1) metres
(they are decimal points in there)
