This has been a hard description to write about a great geocaching friend, Linda of Raven Art Studio.
What can I say about Linda, well, I could tell you about a few things:
- Linda had a major connection with Ravens.
- was a champion bowler and won many awards and championships.
- she was very artistic, creating paintings, jewelry, ceramics, and taking fantastic photographs.
- created many labyrinths and mazes around Tucson and in her and Eric’s backyard and studio.
- a major supporter of the Humane Society and a great Dog Mom.
Linda and Eric started geocaching in 2010 and accumulated over 13,000 finds and owned over 240 caches/events. They cached in and visited 31 countries and all 50 states, as well as the District of Columbia. They introduced many people to geocaching while on a cruises or tour or just driving around and would take them along to find their first cache. They had several geocoins and path tags made and handed them out to others.
Linda planned 30 geocaching events and was known for her 6 Halloween events, complete with games and competitions. Everyone went home with some type of prize.
At Christmas, Linda gave everyone packages of Lebkuchen Cookies, if you asked, she would give you another.
Linda would say her mission was to bring joy into peoples lives, which she did freely. Thank you Linda for all you did for everyone.
The cache is located within a mile of Linda and Eric's Raven Art Studio, where there are several Labyrinths that Linda designed and built. I received this container at one of the Raven Art Studio parties and felt that Linda would approve.
Congratulations to Eric for the First to Find!
