Parking at top of the hill exists but is limited. Trail is an abandoned paved road DOWN to almost river level. You have to come UP. All hides are on side of trail away from active train tracks. You do not need to go near the train tracks.
We Three Kings
This Christmas carol has always been one of my favorites. Travelers navigating by stars seeking but not quite sure what they will find.
You are seeking a camo'ed peanut butter jar behind some wood under a rocky ledge. I did not place orange markers on any nearby trees. That would be pretty obvious and might mean something to someone. Not my orange surveying tape. I did pile some wood that has moss, fungus, and lichen on it. Visual treasures.
As I placed these caches, I was reminded that one of my first group caching expeditions with NoBlueCircles and Woosa was in this area in March 2016. Three Amigos are not quite Three Kings. And David was with us. Fun adventures with friends. Build your caching memories. Goecaching takes us to so many places we may not have known about. I've met some amazing people and had awesome adventures playing this game.
