Join us to celebrate Winter Solstice, and the shift to more sunlight!
I've celebrated Winter Solstice with the kids for years. This year we're doing it on the 22 with the kids so join us on the 21st (The actual Solstice is this night at 9:27PM) to toast the old year and welcome the new.
We will have our fire pit in the driveway and plan to have snacks and beverages.
We will also have paper and pen set up for you to write on. You can write something you're ready to let go of, something you would like to bring in the next year, something you are thankful for, something you are celebrating, a person you have lost this year and you are thinking of them, or something you have learned. We'll have twine so you can tie that to a stick and add it to the fire as a we reflect on the passing and coming years.
We have a few chairs but you might want to bring your own. No need to bring any beverages.
