Pe 3 iunie Salonta a bătut recordul pentru cel mai mare gulaș gătit vreodată.
Rețeta consta din 700 kg de carne de vită, 750 kg de cartofi, pe lângă roșii, ceapă, ardei și găluște.
Ceaunul construit are 5400 de litri, și o înălțime de 1,6 metri, iar greutate ceaunului suspendat
ajunge la 6 tone.
On the 3rd of June in 2006, Salonta has set record for the largest quatity of goulash made in a
single cauldron. For the goulash they used700 kgs of stew meat, 750 kgs of potatoes alongside
a large bath of tomatoes, onions, red peppers and a type of dumpling constantly reappearing in
the Hungarian cuisine.
The suspended cauldron's volume reaches 5400 litres, with a height of 1,6 metres, while its weight
is a whopping six tonnes.
2006 junius 3-á Nagzsyalonta megdöntötte a gulyásfőzés rekordját. A recept 700 kg marhahúsból, a 750 kiló burgonyá mellett
fehasználtak egz óriási adag paradicsomot, hagzmát, paprikát és galuskát. A felfüggesztett üst
5400 literes, 1,6 méter magas és 6 tonnát nyom.
