Come and join me to say farewall to 2023.
In January this year, and being a local, I set myself a personal challenge to climb Glastonbury Tor once every month this year.
This event will mark the final climb, and in doing so, I will complete this personal challenge.
I will actually have been up 13 times, as I went twice in April.
Some months it has been left until the last day, and I've been up at all different times, early hours, and in almost dark.
Sometimes accompained, and sometimes with at least one geodog as a companion.
Anyway, this is your chance to join me in enjoying the beautiful views from the Tor and getting the satisfaction of the exhilarating climb.
I've given various suggested parking options.
More on street parking is available in the town of Glastonbury.
Please stick to the official steps and path, and do not be tempted to stray off for shortcuts as this can damage the ground.
There may be animals grazing, so if you are bringing dogs, make sure that they are kept on leads at all times.
Please note, there are very limited facilities so come prepared.
