Collar, haltie or harness, if you are out with your dog on the trails they need some sort of attachment device. For this geodog I chose a collar as it was easiest!
This is a multi cache. In order to find the final container, go to the posted coordinates and do some math magic.
At the posted coordinates you will find a yellow post thingy (not one of those hydro guidewire thingys) but a post.
Take the last four digits of the bottom phone number and divide it by 1000. Add the result to the following made up coordinates:
