The cache IS at the posted coordinates. However, to log as a find, you must fulfill the challenge requirements. You may sign the log at any time but may not claim a find until you have met the requirements. The difficulty here is for the challenge; the actual hide is a 1.5/1.5.
The challenge is to find one cache hidden in each year since 2000, the first year of geocaching. The caches can be of any type except event caches or lab caches. In 2023 (when this was hidden), that will require 24 caches. If you find this cache in 2024, you will also need to find a cache hidden in 2024, and so on for future years. Like Jasmer challenges, this challenge will become more difficult as time passes. The challenge checker below should allow you to see quickly whether you qualify.
