This is a mystery cache. You do not find anything at the given coordinates! You have to solve the mystery, in this case a jigsaw puzzle, before you get the final coordinates and can then head out to find the cache itself.
Here is the link to the jigsaw puzzle. It is advisable to register yourself on that page as you can always stop the puzzle and get back to it later or do not need to get worried in case of a power cut. Once you have finished the puzzle, a pop-up window will show you the final coordinates. You can then copy them into the checker on this cache page and it will override the anchor coordinates. Another way to do this, is to add a waypoint with the final coordinates or manually override the anchor coordinates.
The final can only be accessed during the opening time of the location. Usually it is open between 5:30am and 10pm. There is no entrance fee. I would advise to only look for the cache in daylight.
