Welcome to the Trayser Trail
This trail is part of the Town of Barnstable’s main hiking route from Sandwich to Yarmouth. The trailhead is adjacent to the Oldest Wooden Jail in America and the Barnstable Blacksmith Shop – still in operation! Enjoy your visit to historic Barnstable Village. Funny tidbit: there are three “Barnstables.” You’re in the Town of Barnstable’s Barnstable Village which contains governmental buildings for the County of Barnstable!
