The cache is not at the posted coordinates. At this location is a container that holds the formula to determine the final coordinates where the logbook is placed. Solve this GeoScrabble puzzle then apply that formula.
Note: a heads up, to be fair.... the geocache is in a public building and is not accessible 24/7. Please plan accordingly. More details will be provided by the checker.
The focus of this GeoScrabble is the lovely and historical town of Perth Ontario! Most - but not all – of the words refer to Perth in some way: people, places, history…
There are a few “filler” words mixed in to use up all 100 standard letter tiles in a Scrabble game: A-9, B-2, C-2, D-4, E-12, F-2, G-3, H-2, I-9, J-1, K-1, L-4, M-2, N-6, O-8, P-2, Q-1, R-6, S-4, T-6, U-4, V-2, W-2, X-1, Y-2, Z-1 and blanks-2.
The clues are not in any particular order. The across and down clues are all listed together, and your challenge is to place everything into the grid.
Note – “DR” means the digital root of the word(s), using A=1, B=2, C=3… sum and re-sum the values until you end up with only one digit.

Once you have the final coordinates you will need to use the checker, as there is a next step involved, and the details for this are provided when you get a green light on the checker.
