Geocache Description:

PUBLIC LETTERBOX:  This geocache is one in a Hybrid Letterbox series associated with U.S. Post Office Buildings. Posted (like in Post Office) Coordinates are on a public sidewalk outside of, across the street from, yet in view of, the Post Office Building (not collection boxes). Final Coordinates are in a public place a short distance away and are visible as a Waypoint for those who prefer not to follow the Path Description.

BONUS:  Be sure to look for the Letter Alphabet Code if you want to complete the Bonus GCAHV69.

PATH DESCRIPTION: You as Geocacher will follow the path of a mailed Letter from the Post Office to Final Coordinates. You may bike, bus, drive, or walk (all at your own risk, of course) to the Posted Coordinates. Parking is limited. Go about 0.6 mile North on 185th Avenue N.E. to the Final Coordinates on your Right or East. N.E. Union Hill Road is too far. Legal parking is not available at Final Coordinates.

LOGBOOK INSTRUCTIONS:  This geocache's Logbook is a Lost Missing Mail on which you may mark your geo-name as finder. It is unknown if the sender or the recipient will ever see the Logbook. As the idea of this Letterbox is to prevent Lost Mail (or Missing or Stolen), the geo-container is attached to metal with extremely powerful magnets. You may need muscular effort to remove the geo-container from the metal surface. To open the geo-container, look to identify the latch (marked "OPEN"). Then you might need to use a small pry TOTT like a screwdriver.

LOST AND MISSING MAIL:  The U.S. Postal Services Mail Recovery Center is the centralized location for lost mail and packages. All mail and packages turned in are examined upon arrival. If envelopes or packages have a value over $25 in merchandise or over $20 in cash, they are opened by postal employees to try to reunite the items with their sender or recipient. Mail with a barcode is held for 60 days, and mail without a barcode is kept for 30 days. After this time frame, items are donated, thrown away, recycled, or auctioned off.

BLOCK STAMP FOR LETTERBOXERS:   A Block Stamp (not a Postage Stamp) is provided for you to stamp only on your own letterbox material and not on the Mail. Do not take this Block Stamp. If there is no Block Stamp in the geocache container, that means that someone before you took it. Please bring and use your own Ink Pad as it is not provided. The Block Stamps in this postal office series are of Sea Life (Vie Sous-Marine) (Vida Marina) such as fish, dolphin, crab, starfish, turtle, octopus, etc.

Congratulations to Kirkgirls for FTF.
