Wow, these trees are mossy! Like really, extremely mossy. So mossy that the only way to know there are trees underneath is that the moss is tree-shaped.
You're looking for a regular sized cache (not an ammo can) that I recycled from another hide that I archived recently. I was planning to use it to replace one of my nearby caches that I thought was missing, but that cache was not missing after all! So I brought it over here and hid it where I noticed a gap had opened up. The cache is near the beginning of the Saratoga Gap Trail in Saratoga Gap OSP, only a few hundred feet from the big parking lot at Highway 9 and Skyline. While that parking lot is nearly always muggle central, the cache is located a bit off the trail to allow for covert searching.
Saratoga Gap OSP is open from dawn to 1/2 hour after sunset. Regular bicycles are allowed, but e-bikes are not, and neither are dogs, smoking, fires, vehicles, or weapons. Happy hunting!
