This hunt could be really easy or really hard depending on if you've found this type of cache before. A TOTT is required so I've left one at GZ for you (you'll just have to find it). I did not name this cache because of how quick you'll be In 'n Out with a smiley, rather because of how many times you'll get In 'n Out of your car timing the traffic lights 😆. Did I mention, STEALTH IS A MUST as this location is frequented by pedestrians and curious passersby. Take care to return the container to its original spot and happy hunting!!!
