The coordinates will guide you to a little free library in a park. I love these free, public libraries and I have seen them in many places. I have found caches in a few of them as well. This is the first free library which I have discovered in Trivandrum and now it does not only host books but also a tiny cache.
The park is a great place for a stroll or to just hang around and sit on one of the many benches. You could visit the zoo or the museum. If you have books, which you no longer want, bring them along with you and place them in the little library. Maybe you find an interesting book inside the library to take home.
The park is open between 5:30am and 10pm and free of charge. I would suggest that you only search for the cache at daylight.
Tweezers might be helpful to get the logbook out once you have found the cache.
