This will be a simple two stage multicache at a park in the Harbor Hill area, my girls call this "Music Park". At the first stage you will find some musical instruments, you will need to locate the correct instrument. Then you will need decipher colors to determine the final coordinates, which can be found at the following:
N 47° Purple Blue . (Red + Peach) (Turquoise - Blue) Red
W 122° 3 Yellow . (Yellow + Peach) (2 * Red) (Purple + Blue)
You could probably walk to the final but you might want to drive.
