GZ is near the Arroyo Seco Golf (and miniature golf) Courses. There is parking nearby. I think I saw a coffee shop and loo inside the clubhouse? It did not look busy during my early morning skulk, but may be crowded on weekends or mid-day. Too many muggles? take a walk north or south and wait them out. Just to the north is a racquetball club. Farther north is a dog park and a skate park. To the south of GZ, you'll find the South Pasadena Nature Park. GZ is close to the pedestrian, bike and equestrian trails that border the Arroyo Seco Channel. Â
The photo background is from an old WC Fields comedy about a 'Golf Expert'. I think we need a disruptive WC Fields out there on the course to distract the golfers from our geocaching activities. Â
I tried to make this cache an easy grab, so you won't have to spend a lot of time fumbling - and getting the stink-eye from nosy golfers. The GC is now an OD green waterproof match container, concealed with the help of a sycamore tree and a hunk of pavement; log only with room for micro-swag (Please write small). Note how the container is hidden and replace it properly. See the hint or the spoiler picture if you're stumped.  🪵🌳
