Yes, well, sometimes I like getting as close as possible to gz.
I mean, REALLY close.
And so the phrase 'Doing a Barb' has come into fashion.
This has resulted in a lot of fun with my geocaching friends,
even interrupting the 250+ caches in a day run in Canterbury in February 2023.

Then we decided to try to get to 0 metres away from gz.

Another cache in the Hodgepodge challenge series.
The cache is at the posted coordinates.

The Challenge
To qualify for this challenge, you must have found
- 1,000 caches (or more) with the park and grab attribute
- This cache does not count as one of the 1,000.
The Fun
While you do not need to upload any photos to qualify for this cache, if you have an innovative way to retrieve the cache, I would love to see photos of you doing so. Can you be more creative than my friends?
Health and Safety
Whilst none of my friends nor the cars in these photos were injuried/damaged while retrieving any of the caches, do take care near gz. I take no responsibility for any injuries or damages to any people or vehicles.
This makes gz sound dangerous: it isn't, but I just want to bring it to your attention if you decide you want to get to 'zero', you need to take care. I know 'the pull' to find a particular cache can sometimes make us be irresponsible.
Logging This Cache
As with any challenge caches, you are welcome to physically sign the log for this cache and log it as "Write Note" if you haven't met the challenge's requirements yet.
Please use this Project-GC challenge checker below to verify you have qualified for this challenge and remember to include the script from the ‘Example log’ from the Project-GC challenge checker.

Last, but not least, friends of mine live across the road and are aware I have placed this cache.
Many thanks to the Seagnoid for writing the checker for this challenge.
This series of challenges were inspired by Olio North - no relation to Oliver’s (aka sapien) caches in Alberta, Canada.
