Geocache Description:

This is the companion cache to GC8J37K in Raleigh, NC. At NC's Fall Fling 2019, a then 5-year-old Zach painted two ammo cans. We hid one near his house in early 2020 and now, have finally hidden the other one near his grandpa's house.

Depending on where you park, this cache could be a bit of a hike or challenge. In the spring/fall/winter, the terrain is fairly easy. There will be a lot of thorns and overgrowth in the summer months. Definitely wear pants or high socks! Hiker856 discovered this kettle in the park years ago. We hope you enjoy the natural beauty of nature while you search for a painted ammo can.

This cache was approved via the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. It is permit #24-0048.
