The Cache is not at the above, posted coordinates. However, it is not far away.
The coordinates for WP1 and GZ may not be too accurate in this location. Hence, there is a hint.
Go to the posted coordinates (WP1) and look for a series of 5 metal "posts" or arbor which hang over the footpath (see photo).
The first one, on the LHS as you walk uphill, has a written description with title "A Brief History of the Cowpastures...."
There are nine paragraphs under the heading.
You will need to find three short words which you will put together to form one longer word for the checker. Upon entering the correct word, the checker will supply the coordinates for the cache.
1) Find the 2nd last word in the 3rd last paragraph and take note of the 3 middle letters. _ _ _
2) Find the 10th word in the 5th paragraph and take note of the letters. _ _
3) Find the last two letters of the first word on the 3rd last line. _ _
