This cache is the final cache in our series! You CANNOT access the log book without visiting the previous seven caches. They contain a piece of the Great Sword with information you will need to defeat Geopoxe the dragon and access the log book.
This cache is a fairly simple, family-friendly find for all ages. Stealth is required.

OUR STORY PART 8
Great job!! Now that you have found all the pieces of the Great Sword you are ready to defeat Geopoxe the dragon! This mission will be very dangerous, but thankfully you have received the legendary enchantment of Carthenon, which will protect you from Goepoxe’s flame.
Sir Garret has something to tell you, “My powers will no longer be useful to you, I will not burden you any longer. King Theodore and Queen Fiona will be watching over you. Queen Syndra’s elf warrior Danana will help you on your journey to the lair, which is hidden by magical powers that only Geopoxe and the elves possess. Danana will undo the spell, which will allow you to find the lair." Danana says, "I will show you to Mount Cachen, where Geopoxe’s domain lies.”
If you get stuck, Danana will reveal information about the last time somebody tried to defeat Geopoxe.
Once you reach the cache, Geopoxe says, “I’ve been hiding in Mount Cachen for many years, and have watched your kingdom’s feeble attempts to defeat my minions and end my reign. Now that you have finally made it to my lair, I must challenge you to open this lock. If you do, the magic to turn me good will be released, and I will be forced to become nothing more than a simple common lizard.”
Once you open the lock, lots of people come to congratulate you! They say, “Congratulations, great geocacher, you have completed your quest, and have ended Geopoxe’s evil reign of pumpkin heads. He is now a mere lizard, and is living in exile in the prison of Aetion.”
King Theodore is very proud and gives you a special reward, “I now proclaim you, official Great Protector of the Kingdom, as a reward for completing your quest. May your geocaching fun never end.”
