Guangzhou is far from the sea. However, from the location where the cache is hidden, you can see the waves of the river lapping against the embankment, stirring up layers of bubbles and drumming up a tremendous roar. This scene is a rarity in downtown Guangzhou, and it makes you feel like you are on the seafront.
Contrary to the cache GCAHH78, the best time to look for this one is at high tide, when the water level is high. I would suggest trying it at over 3 metres, for a better view. Please read the Tideschart.
