This path of caches will lead you to the NY/NJ Border Monument. As always, my caches are not or should not be in dangerous areas, but due to the nature of the terrain here, avoid wet and slippery days. You are looking for a lock n lock on the ground.
Parking at the State Line Lookout is free on Wednesdays, please refer to parking rules before coming. You will have to insert a debit card into the ticket station whether you're here for one hour (which is free), or whether you are here all day.
