Dot Day Three Six Six Event Cache

Grid fillers and challenge chasers unite - let's get together and fill in that elusive little February 29th square!

Sure, we don't need to have this day filled in for challenge caches. And there are a few caches out there that will tick off the "hidden date" square. But as the dedicated stat-obsessed cachers we are, it certainly feels nice to be 366/366 for as many cache types as we can get. So let's get together and have a Leap Day event (though some of you already have similar plans in Adelaide that day)! After the usual meeting, greeting, and puzzle horse-trading, one of us (🛸🐈) with a nearby vehicle may get the idea to visit local-ish virtuals, multis, mysteries, WIGs.........

I know it is a working day so I am very open to a discussion of changing the time.
