Muhammad Ali "The Greatest"

This cache is located at Muhammad's burial plot in Cave Hill Cemetery and is only available daily between 8:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. If you drive up and the main gates are closed, you will not be able to access this virtual cache. 

Louisville native, Muhammad Ali, is regarded as one of the most significant sports figures of the 20th century and is often regarded as the greatest heavyweight boxer of all time. Ali remains the only three-time lineal heavyweight champion. He often used rhymes and spoken word poetry when trash talking in boxing. This is one of his poems regarding a rival boxer. 

Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.
His hands can't hit what his eyes can't see.
Now you see me, now you don't.
George thinks he will, but I know he won't.

Ali was known for being a humanitarian and philanthropist. He focused on practicing his religious duty of charity and good deeds, donating millions to charity organizations and disadvantaged people of all backgrounds. It is estimated that Ali helped to feed more than 22 million people afflicted by hunger across the world.
