Keith Stewart was called "Mr. Fremont" because he loved his town. He had been a scoutmaster, a member of Fremont's Rotary Club as well as a Jaycee, a lay leader at his church, served 30 years on the board of trustees of Wayne Community College and had chaired Fremont's Daffodil Festival for over 40 years. He and his brother ran the town pharmacy. In 2021, he passed away.
The town wanted to honor Keith. His family was in agreement and they came up with the idea of a Daffodil Whirligig. See the circular silhouette on the horizontal pole at the top of the whirligig? That represents Keith waterskiing. Every year The Daffodil Festival is held on a Saturday in March.

To prove that you visited the Daffodil Whirlig, Take a photo of you standing in front of one of the small daffodils. One of them is where the coordinates take you. You do not have to show your face BUT YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CACHING NAME WRITTEN ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND DISPLAYED IN FRONT OF YOU. Include this photo with your log.
