Beriden vakttjänst är en tradition från 1700-talet som lever vidare i modern tappning. Till pampig blåsmusik rider den Beridna Högvakten från Lidingövägen genom Stockholms centrala delar fram till Slottet, där vaktavlösning till häst sker.
Den beridna vaktparaden är en av Stockholms största turistattraktioner och har också blivit en symbol för hela Sverige, då som en självklar del av det svenska kulturarvet.
Idag drivs högvakten av två huvudaktörer, den ena är en ideell förening som tillhandahar hästarna och den andra är försvarsmakten.
Hästarna är uppstallade vid Lidingövägen 28 dit koordinaterna tar er.

Gå till koordinaterna Lidingövägen 28, där ser ni "hästsko-porten" (se bild)  som leder in till stallarna.
Ta en bild av er eller ert nick med porten i bakgrunden och bifoga den i er logg. (Om ni har turen att se paraden så är det en bonus om ni lägger in en bild.)
Loggar som saknar foto med er eller ert nick med porten i bakgrunden raderas utan förvarning.

Mounted guard service is a tradition from the 18th century that lives on in modern vintage. To pompous brass music, the Mounted High Guard rides from Lidingövägen through Stockholm's central parts to the Castle, where the change of guard on horseback takes place.
The mounted guard parade is one of Stockholm's biggest tourist attractions and has also become a symbol for the whole of Sweden, then as an obvious part of the Swedish cultural heritage.
Today the high guard is run by two main actors, one is a non-profit association  which provides the horses and the other is the defense forces.
The horses are stabled at Lidingövägen 28 where the coordinates take you.


 

Log the cache.
Go to the coordinates Lidingövägen 28, there you will see the "horseshoe gate" (see picture) that leads into the stables.
Take a picture of you or your nickname with the gate in the background. (If you are lucky enough to see the parade, it is a bonus if you include a picture.)
Logs that do not have a photo with you or your nickname with the gate in the background will be deleted without warning.
