Geschichte:
Die Veste Coburg ist eine imposante Festung auf einem Hügel über der Stadt Coburg. Sie wurde im 12. Jahrhundert erbaut und im Laufe der Jahrhunderte mehrfach erweitert und umgebaut. Heute ist sie eine der größten Burgen Deutschlands und beherbergt ein Museum mit Sammlungen zur Kunst- und Kulturgeschichte. Die Veste bietet einen beeindruckenden Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Umland und zieht jedes Jahr zahlreiche Besucher an.
Um diesen Cache zu loggen, sind folgende Schritte erforderlich:
1. Macht ein Foto von euch selbst oder von einem handgeschriebenen Zettel / Banner mit eurem GC Nickname darauf am Haupttor der Burg. Der Nickname muss leserlich sein.
2. Fügt das Foto zu eurem Log hinzu. Hinweis: Logs ohne gültiges Bild müssen leider gelöscht werden.
History:
The Veste Coburg is an impressive fortress situated on a hill overlooking the town of Coburg. It was built in the 12th century and expanded and renovated multiple times over the centuries. Today, it is one of the largest castles in Germany and houses a museum with collections on art and cultural history. The Veste offers a stunning view of the town and surrounding area, attracting numerous visitors every year.
To log this cache, please follow these steps:
1. Take a photo of yourself or a handwritten note / banner with your GC nickname on it at the main gate of the castle. The nickname must be clearly readable.
2. Attach the photo to your log. Note: Logs without a valid photo will unfortunately be deleted.
