As you check out the plaza look for a large metal ring around a tree. There are large words written on this ring. I want you to tell me what the word is on the north end of the ring - the word closest to City Hall. Message me the answer. Pictures would be nice but not required. And please don't speed or drive with out your car properly registered or you'll be visiting City Hall again but not as happily.
Court days are pretty busy here, so on those days parking may be a bit difficult, otherwise there is plenty.
