
Yuko-En is the official Kentucky Japan Friendship Garden located along Georgetown’s scenic Elkhorn Creek. This 5½-acre garden features Bluegrass landscaping framed with a Japanese style stroll. Walk along the pathways and discover the many elements unique to Yuko-En on the Elkhorn. The four-season garden is open daily from dawn to dusk and is completely free to the public. The coordinates should take you to the walking trail that leads through the Yuko-En gardens. Near the main building is a stone memorial featuring a famous Japanese artist.
