Le Monument international de la Réformation, généralement connu sous le nom de Mur des Réformateurs, se situe dans le parc des Bastions, au centre de Genève.
Il a été érigé dès 1909, pour le 400ème anniversaire de Jean Calvin et le 350ème anniversaire de la fondation de l'Académie de Genève, devenue aujourd'hui l'Université de Genève. Le monument fut inauguré en 1917.
• il mesure une centaine de mètres de long
• les quatre grandes figures du milieu ont une hauteur de 5 mètres chacune
• ce sont les quatre grands prédicateurs de la Réforme :
- Guillaume Farel
- Jean Calvin
- Théodore de Bèze
- John Knox
On peut également apercevoir l'inscription latine "Post Tenebras Lux" , qui signifie: 'après les ténèbres la lumière', devise calviniste adoptée par les Genevois après la réformation.

Afin de valider votre découverte sur place, il vous faudra :
1. réaliser une photo 📷 avec votre pseudo avec les quatre grands reformateurs en arrière plan.
Il vous faudra ensuite joindre cette photo à votre log
écrire la date du jour est falcutatif, mais la photo doit avoir été prise après le 23-Oct-2024

The International Monument of the Reformation, generally known as the Reformers' Wall, is located in the Parc des Bastions, in the centre of Geneva.
The Reformers' Wall was erected in 1909 to mark the 400th birthday of Jean Calvin and the 350th anniversary of the founding of the Académie de Genève, which is now the University of Geneva. The monument was inaugurated in 1917.
• it is around one hundred metres long
• the four large figures in the middle are 5 metres high
• They are the four great preachers of the Reformation:

You can also see the Latin inscription ‘Post Tenebras Lux’, which means ‘after the darkness, the light’, the Calvinist motto adopted by the people of Geneva after the Reformation.

1. take a picture 📷 of your nickname with the four reform initiators in the background.
You will then need to attach that picture to your log
Writing today's date is optional, however the photo must have been shot after Oct-23-2024
