Steagul din parcul Regina Maria din zona Podu Roș din Iași a fost inaugurat în 2018 cu fonduri de la guvern pentru a sărbători împlinirea a 100 de ani de la Marea Unire de la 1918.
Drapelul are 6 metri lungime și 4 metri lăţime și este arborat pe un catarg de 41 de metri pe un soclu de beton armat placat cu marmură.
În 2023 în jurul steagului din Parcul Regina Maria au fost amplasate busturile celor opt regi și regine din perioada monarhiei 1881-1947: Regele Carol I, Regina Elisabeta, Regele Ferdinand I, Regina Maria, Regele Carol al II-lea, Regina mamă Elena și Regele Mihai I.

The flag from Regina Maria (Queen Mary - Marie of Romania) Park was inaugurated in 2018 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Romanian Union from 1918.
The flag is 6 meters long and 4 meters wide and is installed on a pole of 41 meters high on a marble-clad reinforced concrete plinth.
In 2023, the busts of the eight kings and queens from 1881-1947 romanian monarchy period were placed around the flag: Carol I of Romania, Elisabeth of Wied, Ferdinand I of Romania, Marie of Romania, Carol II of Romania, Helen of Greece and Denmark and Michael I of Romania
