You need a camera/smartphone and you have to wade through the sea in two places.

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION AND EXPLANATION OF LOGIN REQUIREMENTS:
D - the difficulty:
To understand why this virtual cache is rated D4: Most virtual caches of the scheme "go to the location and take a personal photo there" usually have a D rating of only 1.5. But here you have to take such a photo IN FIVE PLACES and upload it for a valid log. And for each of them that goes beyond the usual, I added 0.5 to the rating. In addition, in some places it is not so easy to find the route along the narrow and partially overgrown paths - quite a few of them end up in dead ends - another 0.5 points for that. In total, this gives the rating D4.
T - the terrain:
This virtual cache invites you to a scenic hike along the natural and wild coast in the very north of the island of Rab. The path essentially follows part of the official Geopark of the island of Rab, promoted by the tourist association of the municipality of Lopar (see map here in the listing at the bottom). All waypoints and the paths between them are in publicly accessible places. I particularly like this area, along the five waypoints, for swimming, hiking and finding peace. There are lots of great plants and unusual, sometimes really bizarre rocks to see. You can go nude almost everywhere, on some of the beaches it is official and marked with signs, on the others, textile and naked people mingle casually. The distance from the indicated car parking to all five waypoints and back is about 6 km. You don't necessarily have to do the entire hike in one day.
On two sections of the route you have to wade through the sea: in the north, through the ford across to Cape Stojan and in the east along the shore of Sturič Bay. The latter is the easier part to wade, as the seabed is flat and sandy here. Wading across to Cape Stojan is a bit more challenging: at low tide and low waves, the water is just ankle- or knee-high (except for small children ;-)), but at high tide and higher waves you can get wet up to your crotch or even beyond. The rocks on the seabed are often very slippery there, so you can easily fall and get completely submerged in the water or injure yourself on the rocks. This is why it is rated T4.5 - the rest of the path is otherwise only between T2 and T3.5, depending on the section. Sometimes you have to go over a few rocks and sometimes the small paths are overgrown with bushes. Parts of the path also lead along cliffs and steep banks, so please keep your eyes open and don't fall off anywhere! And it should be a matter of common sense, not to go into the water in a storm or during strong bora, with waves that may be meters high, and then in the worst case scenario you might be swept away by the current...

Important! - Your task and the prerequisite for a "Found" log:
Please take a personal* photo at EACH OF THE FIVE waypoints at the given coordinates with the background as in the example log photos of mine, see below, here in the listing.
*Personal photo means:
- EITHER:
You yourself are recognizable in the photo. This is optional, however, as the guidelines do not require that your face be visible in the photo.
- OR:
A photo of just one body part (finger, foot, etc. - if you think that's prettier than your face ;-)) or a personal object at the respective location. For example, a trackable, your GPS or geocaching mascot. In this case, however, I also require a sheet of paper or something similar with your READABLE user name in the picture for clear identification. Names subsequently added to a photo via digital image processing are NOT valid! And photos sent to me via messenger or email are not correct! EVERY geocacher who logs "found-it" has to attach their own photos to their online log!
This is NOT a night cache and is not recommended at night! Of course you could do the hike at night, but on the one hand you won't see much of the beautiful nature. And if you present me with 5 photos in which nothing much is visible other than the pitch-black night, i.e. neither the clearly identifiable background of the respective location nor your personal identity, then that is not acceptable.
The log photos are to be taken ON LAND, AT THE GIVEN COORDINATES and not somewhere tens of meters away. So if you have the idea of driving leisurely along the coast in a boat and then taking photos from the boat, only in relative proximity to the respective coordinates, I have to disappoint you. The theme of this Virtual is "coastal hike"... Of course it is up to you HOW you get to the coordinates ON LAND and if you prefer to go by boat, drop anchor five times and then swim to the coast and climb up onto land somewhere, that's up to you... but believe me, given some of the cliffs and steep banks, you're not doing yourself any favors by doing that... ;-)
"Found" logs without all 5 correct log photos will be deleted without comment!
You can log an extremely rare D4/T4.5 virtual here - I think it's worth putting some effort into it.

HRVATSKI OPIS I OBJAŠNJENJE ZAHTJEVI ZA LOGIRANJE:
D - težina:
Da biste razumjeli zašto je ovaj Virtualni ocijenjen s D4: većina virtualnih cacheva su sheme: "idite na lokaciju i tamo snimite osobnu fotografiju" obično ima ocjenu D samo 1,5. Ovdje morate napraviti takvu fotografiju NA PET MJESTA i uploadati je za valjano logiranje! Za svaku od njih koja prelazi okvire uobičajenog dodao sam ocjeni 0,5. Osim toga, ponegdje nije baš lako pronaći rutu po uskim i djelomično zaraslim stazama - dosta ih završi u slijepim ulicama - za to jsam dodao još 0,5 boda. Što ukupno daje ocjenu težine D4.
T - teren:
Ovaj virtualni cache vas poziva na slikovito pješačenje uz prirodnu i divlju obalu na samom sjeveru otoka Raba. Staza u biti prati dio službenog Geoparka otoka Raba kojeg promovira Turistička zajednica općine Lopar (vidi kartu ovdje u popisu na dnu). Sve međutočke i staze između njih nalaze se na javno dostupnim mjestima. Posebno mi se sviđa ovo područje, uz pet putnih točaka, za kupanje, planinarenje i pronalaženje mira. Ima puno sjajnih biljaka i neobičnih, ponekad stvarno bizarnih stijena za vidjeti. Nudizmom se možete baviti gotovo svugdje, na nekima je plaža službena i označena znakovima, dok se na drugima ležerno miješaju obučeni i golišavi ljudi. Udaljenost od označenog parkinga do svih pet točaka i natrag je oko 6 km. Ne morate nužno cijeli pješačiti u jednom danu.
Na dvije dionice rute morate gaziti morem: na sjeveru, kroz ford do rta Stojan i na istoku uz obalu uvale Sturič. Potonji dio je lakši za gaziti, jer je morsko dno ovdje ravno i pjeskovito. Pregaziti do rta Stojan malo je zahtjevnije: za oseke i niskih valova voda je tek do gležnja ili koljena (osim male djece ;-)), ali za plime i viših valova možete se namočiti do pojasa. Stijene na morskom dnu su često vrlo skliske, pa lako možete pasti i potpuno uroniti u vodu ili se ozlijediti na stijenama. Zbog toga je ocijenjena terena T4.5 - ostatak staze je inače samo između T2 i T3.5, ovisno o dionici. Ponekad morate prijeći preko nekoliko kamenja, a ponekad su na djelovima male staze zarasle u grmlje. Dijelovi staze vode i uz litice i strme bregove, stoga dobro otvorite oči i nemojte nigdje pasti! Najvažnije je da trebate jako paziti i biti zdravog razuma, ne ulaziti u vodu po nevremenu ili za vrijeme jake bure, s valovima koji mogu biti i metara visoki, a onda bi vas u najgorem slučaju mogla odnijeti struja...

Važno! - Vaš zadatak i preduvjet za prijavu "Pronađeno":
Molimo snimite osobnu* fotografiju na SVAKOJ OD PET putnih točaka na danim koordinatama s pozadinom kao je u primjeru mojih fotografija, pogledajte dolje, ovdje u opisu.
*Osobna fotografija znači:
- ILI:
sami ste prepoznatljivi na fotografiji. Međutim, to nije obavezno jer smjernice ne zahtijevaju da vaše lice bude vidljivo na fotografiji.
- ILI:
Fotografija samo jednog dijela tijela (prst, stopalo, itd. - ako mislite da je to ljepše od vašeg lica ;-)) ili osobni predmet na dotičnoj lokaciji. Na primjer, koja se može pratiti, vaš GPS ili geocaching-maskota. U ovom slučaju, međutim, trebam i list papira ili nešto slično s vašim čitljivim korisničkim imenom na slici radi jasne identifikacije. Imena naknadno dodana fotografiji putem digitalne obrade slike NISU važeća! A fotografije koje su mi poslane putem messengera ili e-maila ne uvažavam! SVAKI geocacher koji bilježi "found-it" mora priložiti vlastite fotografije svom online upisu!
Ovo NIJE noćni cache i ne preporučuje se stazu prolaziti noću! Naravno, možete planinariti noću, ali s jedne strane nećete vidjeti puno od prekrasne prirode. A ako mi predočite 5 fotografija na kojima se ne vidi ništa osim mrklog mraka, tj. niti jasno prepoznatljiva pozadina dotične lokacije niti Vaš osobni identitet, onda to nije prihvatljivo.
Fotografije logiranje se snimaju NA KOPNU, NA ZADANIM KOORDINATAMA, a ne negdje desetke metara dalje. Dakle, ako imate ideju da se lagano vozite uz obalu u čamcu i onda fotografirate iz čamca, u relativnoj blizini dotičnih koordinata, moram vas razočarati. Tema ovog Virtuala je "obalno pješačenje"... Naravno na vama je KAKO ćete doći do koordinata NA KOPNU, a ako više volite ići brodom, bacite sidro pet puta pa otplivajte do obale i popnite se gore na kopno negdje, to ovisi o vama... ali vjerujte mi, s obzirom na neke litice i strme obale, time si ne činite nikakvu uslugu... ;-)
"Pronađeni" upisi bez svih 5 ispravnih fotografija bit će izbrisani bez komentara!
Ovdje možete prijaviti iznimno rijedak D4/T4.5 Virtualni - mislim da se isplati uložiti malo truda u to.

DEUTSCHE BESCHREIBUNG UND ERLÄUTERUNG DER LOGIN-ANFORDERUNGEN:
D - die Schwierigkeit:
Zum Verständnis, warum dieser Virtual als D4 eingestuft ist: Die meisten Virtuals vom Schema "gehe zur Lokation und mache dort ein persönliches Foto", haben üblicherweise ein D-Rating von nur 1,5. Hier aber musst Du AN FÜNF STELLEN jeweils ein solches Foto machen und für einen gültgen Log hochladen. Und für jedes davon, welches über das Übliche hinausgeht, habe ich 0,5 im Rating drauf geschlagen. Ausserdem ist es an einigen Stellen gar nicht so einfach, die Wegführung der schmalen und teilweise überwucherten Pfade zu finden - nicht wenige davon enden als Sackgassen - dafür weitere 0,5 Punkte. Das ergibt in Summe die Einstufung D4.
T - das Terrain:
Dieser virtuelle Cache lädt Dich zu einer landschaftlich schönen Wanderung entlang der naturbelassenen und wilden Küste ganz im Norden der Insel Rab ein. Der Weg folgt im Wesentlichen einem Teil des offiziellen Geoparks der Insel Rab, gefördert vom Tourismusverband der Gemeinde Lopar (siehe Landkarte hier im Listing ganz unten). Alle Wegpunkte und die Wege dazwischen liegen an öffentlich zugänglichen Orten. Dieser Bereich, entlang der fünf Wegpunkte, gefällt mir besonders zum Baden, Wandern und Ruhe finden. Es gibt viele tolle Pflanzen und aussergewöhnliche, teilweise wirklich bizarre Felsen zu sehen. Fast überall kann man FKK machen, an manchen der Strände ist es offiziell und mit Schildern ausgewiesen, an den anderen mischen sich Textile und Nackerte zwanglos untereinander. Die Wegstrecke vom angegebenen Parkplatz zu allen fünf Wegpunkten und zurück beträgt ca. 6 km. Wobei Du die Wanderung nicht unbedingt komplett an einem Tag machen must.
Auf zwei Teilstücken der Strecke ist es erforderlich durch das Meer zu waten: im Norden, durch die Furt hinüber zum Kap Stojan und im Osten entlang des Ufers der Bucht Sturič. Letzteres ist das einfachere Stück zum Waten, da hier der Meeresboden flach und sandig ist. Etwas anspruchsvoller ist das Waten hinüber zum Kap Stojan: bei Ebbe und niedrigem Wellengang ist das Wasser dabei nur Knöchel- bis Knie-hoch (ausser bei kleinen Kindern ;-)), bei Flut und höherem Wellengang kannst Du aber durchaus auch im Schritt oder darüber hinaus nass werden. Dort sind die Steine am Meeresboden auch oft sehr rutschig, so dass man leicht stürzen und ganz im Wasser eintauchen oder sich an den Steinen verletzen kann. Daher resultiert auch das Rating von T4,5 - der Rest des Weges liegt ansonsten, je nach Abschnitt, nur so zwischen T2 und T3,5. Manchmal geht es über ein paar Felsen und manchmal sind die kleinen Pfade auch von Gestrüpp überwuchert. Teile des Weges führen ausserdem entlang von Klippen und Steilufern, also bitte Augen auf und nirgendwo runterfallen! Und es sollte eine Frage des gesunden Menschenverstandes sein, dass man bei Sturm oder starker Bora, mit vielleicht meterhohen Wellen, nicht ins Wasser geht und dann im schlimmsten Fall vielleicht von der Strömung weg gerissen wird...

Wichtig! - Deine Aufgabe und die Voraussetzung für einen "Gefunden"-Log:
Bitte mache an den angegebenen Koordinaten VON JEDEM DER FÜNF Wegpunkte ein persönliches* Foto mit dem Hintergrund wie in den Beispiel-Logfotos von mir, siehe unten, hier im Listing.
*Persönliches Foto bedeutet:
- ENTWEDER:
Du selbst bist auf dem Foto erkennbar. Dies ist allerdings optional, da nach den Guidelines nicht verlangt werden darf, dass Dein Gesicht auf dem Foto zu sehen ist.
- ODER:
Ein Foto von nur einem Körperteil (Finger, Fuß usw. - wenn Du vielleicht meinst, dass das hübscher ist als Dein Gesicht ;-)) oder einem persönlichen Gegenstand am jeweiligen Ort. Zum Beispiel ein Trackable, Dein GPS oder Geocaching-Maskottchen. In diesem Fall verlange ich aber zusätzlich ein Blatt Papier o.ä. mit Deinem LESBAREN Benutzernamen mit im Bild, zur eindeutigen Identifikation. Nachträglich via digitaler Bildbearbeitung in ein Foto eingefügte Namen sind NICHT gültig! Und Fotos, die per Messenger oder Mail an mich geschickt werden, sind nicht korrekt! JEDER Geocacher, der "Gefunden" logged, hat für sich persönlich seine eigenen Fotos an seinen Online Log zu hängen!
Dies ist KEIN Nachtcache und auch nicht empfohlen bei Nacht! Selbstverständlich könnte man die Wanderung auch nachts machen, aber einerseits wirst Du nicht viel von der schönen Natur sehen. Und wenn Du mir 5 Fotos präsentierst, auf denen ausser rabenschwarzer Nacht nicht viel erkennbar ist, also weder der eindeutig zuordenbare Hintergrund der jeweiligen Lokation, noch Deine persönliche Identität, dann ist das nicht akzeptabel.
Die Logfotos sind AN LAND, AN DEN ANGEGEBENEN KOORDINATEN zu machen und nicht irgendwo zig Meter weit weg. Also wer auf die Idee kommt, ganz gemütlich mit dem Boot die Küste entlang zu fahren und dann vom Boot aus, lediglich in der relativen Nähe der jeweiligen Koords, seine Fotos zu machen, den muss ich enttäuschen. Das Thema dieses Virtuals ist "Küstenwanderung"... Selbstverständlich ist es Dir überlassen, WIE Du zu den Koordinaten AN LAND kommst und wenn Du lieber mit dem Boot fährst, fünfmal vor Anker gehst und dann an die Küste schwimmst und irgendwo an Land hochklettern willst, so ist das Deine Sache... aber glaube mir, angesichts so mancher Klippen und Steilufer wirst Du Dir damit eher keinen Gefallen tun... ;-)
"Gefunden"-Logs ohne alle 5 korrekten Logfotos werden kommentarlos gelöscht!
Du kannst hier einen äusserst seltenen D4/T4.5 Virtual loggen - dafür kann man sich schon etwas Mühe geben, denke ich.
