Limstensgruvornas Virituella
Limstensgruvorna är ett naturreservat, beläget nordväst om Mullhyttan i Lekebergs kommun. Under 1800-talet och under tidigt 1900-tal bröts kalksten i området, som användes vid järnframställning. De gamla gruvgångarna är bevarade och på platsen kan man betrakta gamla inskriptioner från gruvarbetare. Området, som omfattar drygt 17 hektar, har både en artrik gammelskog och ett artrikt rikkärr.
Vad behöver du göra för att logga denna virituella?
Du måste ta 2st foton vid waypoint och den ena är inne i gruvan och den andra är vid vagnen på vägen till gruvan (se nedan för exempelbilder). Med på fotot måste du ha ditt eget nick samt dagens datum och om du vill får du gärna vara med själv på bilden, men det är absolut inget krav.
Limstensmines Virtual
Limstensmines is a nature reserve, located northwest of Mullhyttan in Lekeberg municipality. During the 19th and early 20th centuries, limestone was quarried in the area, which was used in iron production. The old mine tunnels have been preserved and on the site you can see old inscriptions from miners. The area, which covers just over 17 hectares, has both a species-rich old-growth forest and a species-rich marsh.
What do you need to do to log this virtual?
You must take 2 photos at the waypoint and one is inside the mine and the other is by the cart on the way to the mine (see below for example photos). In the photo, you must have your own nickname and today's date, and if you want, you are welcome to be in the photo yourself, but it is absolutely not a requirement.
