Geocache Description:

This virtual cache is to test your powers of observation. Go to the location specified for this geocache. Here you will find a place you can sit down and look out over some of Brisbane's northern suburbs. Look out and spot as many of the objects pictured below as possible. All of the images except one were photographed from this location. There might be some tricks thrown in as well to keep you on your toes. Sharp eyes or a pair of binoculars would be a welcome asset at this cache. When you believe you have identified the photo that was not taken at this location, send an E-mail ...

And so began the description of the original Sit 'n' Stare Virtual cache placed here in February 2003 by Tony & Jade - a favourite amongst cachers for many years. Sadly they stopped playing and the cache fell into disrepair with no responses to finders who had spotted the odd one out. It was archived in November 2011.

My first Virtual, and my 100th find, this remains a personal favourite - and so I am excited to reprise this awesome Virtual Cache for your enjoyment:

There are FOUR steps to undertake in order to claim this as 'Found':

1. "Sit" - At the location is a seat with some books placed behind the cushion ... it is all art and made from a mosaic of tiles. The top book has a two word title. = [FirstWord] [SecondWord]

2. "Stare" - from this lookout you can see many things. 15 of the below photos were taken from here. One was not. You need to determine which photo was NOT taken from this lookout. Each photo has an 'i' and a number = [i0]

3. Send an email to [FirstWord].[SecondWord].[i0]@gmail.com, (note the dots between each bit) - include in the SUBJECT of the email your full geocaching name. In the message text please describe the weather ... thus is to help tthe email escape my spam filter. If there is more than one player working with you, please include all their geocaching names seperated by commas. (If more than five, please send multiple emails). An automated response will be sent to you if you are correct and your names registered with the virtual owner (it is very quick - but maybe keep an eye on your spam folder). That response is confirmation you got the task right so I recommend waiting for it

{Special Note: There is an automatic spam filter in Gmail that I cannot control, if that catches your submission it may be a day or two before I see it and respond. Apologies for that delay it is out of my hands. I am told including a short message, such as the weather, helps}

4. Photo. Please attach to your log entry a photo of you or something identifiable on the seat at GZ. Please do NOT include spoilers of the books or which photo was the odd one out.

If you claim the find without having provided the correct answer, I will reach out and your log may be removed.

Enjoy!

{Email Alternative} Should you wish your email address to remain private, then you must send a message to the cache owner through the geocaching.com message service with the name(s) of the geocachers, the date visited, and the book name and chosen photo ID. In this case, expect to wait to receive a reply (usually within a couple days).
