Simple answer. Time to publish a Virtual.
Years ago I jotted down four ideas for Virtual Rewards if I ever was to receive one. I ranked them in order too. The top three must have been cool ideas because they eventually became Virtuals during the first three releases. The fourth I worked on for over two months and at the last minute found out there was already a Virtual there. I hide my finds. So, it was back to the drawing board.
I was born and raised in Toledo, but I started a family and moved here several years ago. This is my hometown now.
This virtual will bring you to the Clock Tower and Public Restroom facility. The choice of a clock tower wasn't my first, but it is somewhat humorous. I don't wear a watch, I am always running late, and I'm often asked, "Do you know what time it is?" from several of my geocaching cohorts.
This Virtual is the main attraction along the two traffic light town I live in.
You will need to answer four questions from two waypoints and complete one task. Gather the information from the two waypoints and take a photo of the clock in the background to complete this Virtual. You can take a photo from the parking lot side or street side, but it must include the clock along with yourself or a personal item in the picture. After all the cache title is "What time is it?"

Q4. Q4. Find the two sets of legacy bricks. You will have to view both sets of legacy bricks for the answers. There is a type of animal. And, what is round, but not always round, and it's light sometimes and dark sometimes. What are these things?
T1. Take a photo of yourself or a signature item with the clock tower clock in the background.
Please include a photo and answer questions to log this as a find. A sample of Garden Sculpture and photo requirement are attached. Failure to provide a photo with the logging requirement will result in deletion of find.
