From the parking place you are entering the old area of buildings which made up a leper hospital which we think was built in the Franco era. As a cure for leprosy was found it was never used as a hospital but became an army barracks. It is used as a film location occasionally. Now the main entrance at Punta de Abona has a security man .
This is a simple cache to log. You will need to take 2 photos on the day of your visit which must show the current graffiti. One is of the entrance to the church and the other is of the cross, inside at the back. Please ensure that you include something to identify you, a paper with your caching name or a picture of you (selfie). There is no need to send a message to us via our profile.
Any log without the photos as described above will be deleted without us contacting you.
