Welcome to the spectacular Maho Beach on St. Maarten, one of the most exciting places for airplane fans in the world! Here, airplanes fly just a few meters above the heads of beachgoers before landing on the runway of Princess Juliana International Airport.
Visit this unique place, experience the proximity of the airplanes and solve a few exciting tasks.

What do you have to do?
1. Photo with an airplane
At the posted coordinates, take a photo of yourself with an airplane decending for landing directly above you. If you don't want to show your face, you can hold up a piece of paper (or something similar) with your geocaching name on it instead.
2. Find out flight times
Go to waypoint No. 1, look for a special thing that shows you the flight times and answer the following question: Which piece of sports equipment is it? (answer1)
3. Find the information sign
Find the large information sign (waypoint No.2) on the fence of the airport grounds near the beach that shows an airplane and a person. Question: What is the first word written on this sign? (answer2)
Logging conditions
1. Upload the requested photo.
2. Send the answers with the two questions by email to:
answer1.answer2@gmail.com (e.g. football.welcome@gmail.com)
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to include your geocaching name in the subject line of the email. As soon as you have determined the correct email address and sent the answers, you will receive a log approval.
3. Sorry to say, but without log approval and the photo, your log will be deleted.
Note:
• Please be careful, especially when the planes take off, as the jet stream can be very strong. Follow the safety instructions on the beach.
• The cache is deliberately kept simple so that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy and log this special Virtual.
Have fun, enjoy the place and happy caching!
