Friedhof Ohlsdorf Der Friedhof Ohlsdorf in Hamburg ist mit einer Fläche von etwa 389 Hektar der größte Parkfriedhof der Welt und einer der größten Friedhöfe weltweit. Er wurde 1877 eröffnet und dient nicht nur als Begräbnisstätte, sondern auch als weitläufiger Erholungsraum mit Gärten, Kapellen, Denkmälern und malerischen Wasserflächen. Neben rund 235.000 Grabstätten beherbergt der Friedhof zahlreiche kulturelle und historische Denkmäler, darunter Kriegsgräber und Mahnmale für die Opfer von Krieg und Verfolgung. Mit seinen beeindruckenden Landschaftsarchitekturen und seiner Vielfalt an Flora und Fauna ist er ein bedeutendes Kulturdenkmal und ein Ort der Ruhe.

Die Umgebung Der Friedhof Ohlsdorf ist ein aktiver Friedhof mit ca. 4.700 Bestattungen pro Jahr. Hier kann man auf Trauergäste und trauernde Angehörige treffen. Bitte verhaltet euch dementsprechend. Aber auch "normale" Besucher, die die Ruhe und die Landschaft genießen, sind hier ebenso anzutreffen wie Geocacher. Hier gibt es über 50 Geocaches, mehrere Adventure-Lab-Caches und ab und zu auch ein Geocaching-Event mit anschließender Führung über den Friedhof.
Für Fußgänger ist der Friedhof von 7 bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Für Kraftfahrzeuge von April bis Oktober von 9 bis 21 Uhr und von November bis März von 9 bis 18 Uhr.

Der Cache Natürlich gibt es hier keinen Cachebehälter. Es muss auch nicht geklettert, geangelt oder gar gegraben werden. Es ist auch nicht nötig, irgendetwas zu demontieren oder andere Friedhofsbesucher zu stören.
Einfach ein paar Fotos machen (siehe Aufgabe), die Ruhe genießen und die Besonderheiten des Friedhofs entdecken.

Die Aufgabe Pflicht:

Mache ein Foto von der Brücke an den Listing-Koordinaten
Auf dem Foto muss neben der Brücke dein Geocachingname und das aktuelle Datum zu sehen sein. Ein nachträgliches Einfügen per Bildbearbeitung ist nicht zulässig. Ob du Name und Datum einfach auf deine Hand oder auf einen Zettel schreibst, mit Stöcken oder Laub den Text legst oder im Winter in den Schnee schreibst, ist dir Überlassen. Du selbst musst nicht auf dem Foto sein, kannst es aber gerne.

Ist kein Foto in deinem Log vorhanden oder das Foto enthält nicht deinen Geocachingnamen und das Datum, wird dein Logeintrag gelöscht.

Optional, aber gerne gesehen:

Gerne kannst Du Fotos von anderen Objekten, (ein Gebäude, eine Skulptur, ein Landschaftselement, eine Grabstätte, ...) die dich auf dem Friedhof besonders ansprechen, zusätzlich in deinen Log hochladen.

Friedhof Ohlsdorf Ohlsdorf Cemetery in Hamburg is the largest park cemetery in the world, covering an area of around 389 hectares, and one of the largest cemeteries in the world. It was opened in 1877 and serves not only as a burial ground, but also as an extensive recreational area with gardens, chapels, monuments and picturesque water features. In addition to around 235,000 gravesites, the cemetery is home to numerous cultural and historical monuments, including war graves and memorials to the victims of war and persecution. With its impressive landscape architecture and variety of flora and fauna, it is an important cultural monument and a place of peace.

The surrounding area Ohlsdorf cemetery is an active cemetery with around 4,700 burials per year. You may encounter mourners and grieving relatives here. Please behave accordingly. However, ‘normal’ visitors who enjoy the peace and quiet and the landscape can also be found here, as can geocachers. There are over 50 geocaches here, several Adventure Lab caches and occasionally a geocaching event followed by a guided tour of the cemetery.
The cemetery is open to pedestrians from 7 am to 9 pm. For motor vehicles from April to October from 9 am to 9 pm and from November to March from 9 am to 6 pm.

The cache Of course, there is no cache container here. There is no need to climb, fish or even dig. It is also not necessary to dismantle anything or disturb other visitors to the cemetery.
Simply take two photos (see task), enjoy the peace and quiet and discover the special features of the cemetery.

The task Mandatory:

Take a photo of the bridge at the listing coordinates.
The photo must show your geocaching name and the current date next to the bridge. Adding them later using image editing is not permitted. It is up to you whether you simply write the name and date on your hand or on a piece of paper, lay the text with sticks or leaves or write it in the snow in winter. You do not have to be in the photo, but you are welcome to do so.

If there is no photo in your log or the photo does not contain your geocaching name and the date, your log entry will be deleted.

Optional, but always welcome:

You are welcome to upload photos of other objects (a building, a sculpture, a landscape element, a gravesite, ...) that particularly appeal to you at the cemetery to your log.
