Musikanter!
Här i Osby Centralpark hittar ni tre musikanter. Skulpturen är skapad av Bror Axel Olsson. Han arbetade som sjöman år 1935–45 och studerade sedan på Högre konstindustriella skolan i Stockholm. Han är mest känd för sina skulpturer, kanske allra mest Utvandrarmonumentet (1959) som står vid Karlshamns kust och föreställer Karl Oskar och Kristina från Vilhelm Mobergs roman Utvandrarna. Musikanter skapades 1986 och var på plats och avtäcktes med pompa och ståt på nationaldagen, 6 juni år 1987.

Musicians!
Here in Osby Centralpark you will find three musicians. The sculpture was created by Bror Axel Olsson. He worked as a sailor in 1935–45 and then studied at the Higher Art and Industrial School in Stockholm. He is best known for his sculptures, perhaps most notably the Emigrant Monument (1959) which stands on the coast of Karlshamn and depicts Karl Oskar and Kristina from Vilhelm Moberg's novel The Emigrants. Musicians were created in 1986 and were in place and unveiled with pomp and circumstance on National Day, June 6, 1987.
