Geocache Description:

Welcome to "The Master of Suspense" Virtual. The coordinates will bring you to Leytonstone Underground station, which hides a wonderful secret.

Within are housed mosiacs depicting the life and films of Alfred Hitchcock, born in Leytonstone on 13th August 1899.

The mosaics, made up of more than 80,000 tiny coloured tiles were commissioned for the centenary of Hitchcock's birth in 1999.

They were created by the Greenwich Mural Workshop, took seven months to complete, a few more months to install, the final mural being set in place in April 2001, and the gallery was unveiled on 3rd May, 2001.

Claiming this Virtual is nice and simple, it's more about bringing you to this location. This is a high traffic area and you may find hanging around difficult.

All you need to do when submitting your log is post a selfie stood next to the Psycho mural or just your geocaching name or GPS in the photo.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEET THIS ONE REQUIREMENT, LOGS MAY BE DELETED!

If the area isn't busy then do take the time to enjoy this hidden art galley. Purchasing a rail ticket is not required, the mosiacs are not on the platform side of the station.

Congratulations to caskhunter on their FTF, nice one!
