Mural? Spot on!
This mural was painted by Smug (aka Sam Bates), capturing "the essence of a local Wimmera scene". You will see a Mallee Emu-wren perched on a branch of indigenous wattle. First Nations People are acknowledged with the depiction of Scar Trees. This mural was completed whilst Smug was in Dimboola, painting the silo in Arkona.
Hindmarsh Council have stated it wheelchair friendly as it can be seen from the footpath. To go down the gravel laneway, thereby get a better look, a wheelchair would need to have wide wheels.
