Bygningen ble oppført på 1990-tallet av Hvaler idrettslag. Banen sør for bygget brukes i dag av idrettslagets bueskyttergruppe.
Hovedbygningen disponeres nå (i 2024) av Hvaler sjøspeidergruppe etter avtale med idrettslaget.
EN: You are at Jensvoll/Rove, at the headquarter of Hvaler Sea Scout Group. The building and the grounds belong to the local sports club, but the scouts are managing and using the main building.
For å få logge, må du ta et bilde av nordveggen sammen med deg sjøl eller din GPS og noe som viser nicket ditt, og poste sammen med loggen. Logger som ikke oppfyller dette kravet vil bli sletta.
