Statuen «Mor og barn» er laget av kunstner Ørnulf Bast, og ble satt i Kirkeparken i 1961. Moren med barnet var for billedhuggeren et uttrykk for ideen om det trygge samfunn

Ørnulf Bast (født 1907 i Kristiania død 1974 i Oslo) var en norsk billedhugger, maler og grafiker. Han var én av de ledende norske billedhuggere på 1900-tallet. Bast hadde sin utdannelse ved Statens Håndverks- og Kunstindustriskole og Statens Kunstakademi.

How to log:
