Lago Verde (Green Lake)
Considered one of the wonders of nature in Lanzarote, Lago Verde, also known as Charco Verde, or Lagoon of the Clics; it was so named because of the green color of its waters, endowed with phytoplankton, different types of sulfur, minerals and the large amount of unique microorganisms that inhabit this place.
El Charco Verde is located on a black sand beach that together with the green color of the lake and the sea creates an impressive landscape full of astonishing contrasts that leave a picturesque image to photograph during your vacation.
To log this cache, all you have to do is take a photo of yourself or with something that identifies your team, with the green and blue water in the background.

Beschouwd als een van de wonderen van de natuur op Lanzarote, het Lago Verde, ook wel bekend als de Charco Verde, of Lagune van de Clics; het werd zo genoemd vanwege de groene kleur van het water, begiftigd dankzij fytoplankton, verschillende zwavelsoorten, mineralen en de grote hoeveelheid unieke micro-organismen die deze plaats bewonen.
El Charco Verde ligt aan een zwart zandstrand dat samen met de groene kleur van het meer en de zee een indrukwekkend landschap vol verbazingwekkende contrasten creëert die een schilderachtig beeld achterlaten om te fotograferen tijdens uw vakantie.
