Reinbachwasserfälle
Die Reinbachwasserfälle (auch Reiner Wasserfälle genannt) zählen zu Südtirols schönsten und spektakulärsten Naturschauspielen. Die vier Wasserfälle werden vom Reinbach gespeist. Sie befinden sich im Ortsteil Winkel der Gemeinde Sand in Taufers. Im Jahr 1989 wurden diese Wasserfälle zum Naturdenkmal erklärt.
Am Ausgang der Toblschlucht ist der erste, unterste Wasserfall des Reinbachs. Die etwa 10-15 Meter Kaskade befindet sich unter einem Felskopf, der aufgrund seiner Form oft „Christuskopf“ genannt wird.
Der zweite Wasserfall hat eine Fallhöhe von etwa 40 Metern und kann von einer Aussichtskanzel aus bewundert werden.
Der dritte ist der imposanteste Wasserfall. Das Wasser stürzt über eine senkrechte Schluchtwand ungefähr 40 Meter in die Tiefe. Dabei entsteht ein eindrucksvoller Gischtnebel, in welchem bei entsprechendem Lichteinfall ein Regenbogen sichtbar wird. Man kann diesen dritten Wasserfall von einer Brücke aus bewundern, die hier die Schlucht überquert. Auf dieser Brücke liegt der Virtual Cache.
Der vierte Wasserfall mit ungefähr 20 Metern Höhe liegt nicht am Wanderweg.
Die unteren drei Wasserfälle sind zu Fuß erreichbar, entweder von unten von Winkel oder von oben von Tobl aus. Entlang des Wanderweges befinden sich Stationen mit Skulpturen, die dem Heiligen Franziskus gewidmet sind. Oberhalb des dritten Wasserfalls erreicht man die Franz-und-Klara-Kapelle.
Log-Bedingung: Fotografiere deinen GC-Nickname (der z.B. auf einem Blatt Papier geschrieben ist) von der Brücke aus mit dem dritten Wasserfall im Hintergrund und füge es dem Log bei (wie auf dem Beispielfoto).
Ein digital ins Foto geschriebener Nickname ist kein Beweis, dass man den Ort tatsächlich aufgesucht hat. In so einem Fall wird der Log kommentarlos gelöscht.
Cascate di Riva
Le cascate di Riva sono tra le attrazioni naturali più belle e spettacolari dell'Alto Adige. Le quattro cascate sono alimentate dal torrente di Riva. Si trovano nella località Winkel del comune di Campo Tures. Queste cascate sono state dichiarate monumento naturale nel 1989.
La prima cascata, cioè quella inferiore, del torrente di Riva è all'uscita della gola di Tobl. La cascata, alta circa 10-15 metri, si trova sotto uno sperone di roccia, chiamato per la sua forma “Christuskopf” ("testa di Cristo").
La seconda cascata ha un'altezza di caduta di circa 40 metri e può essere ammirata da una piattaforma panoramica.
La terza è la cascata più imponente. L'acqua precipita da una parete verticale della gola per circa 40 metri in profondità. Questo crea un'impressionante nebbia di spruzzi, nella quale, con la giusta luce, si può ammirare un arcobaleno. È possibile ammirare questa terza cascata da un ponte che attraversa la gola. La cache virtuale si trova su questo ponte.
La quarta cascata, alta circa 20 metri, non si trova lungo il sentiero.
Le tre cascate inferiori possono essere raggiunte a piedi, sia dal basso da Winkel che dall'alto da Tobl. Lungo il sentiero ci sono stazioni con sculture dedicate a San Francesco. Sopra la terza cascata, si raggiunge la cappella dedicata a San Francesco e Santa Chiara.
Regola per il log: Fai una foto dal ponte del tuo nickname (scritto per esempio su un foglio di carta) con la terza cascata sullo sfondo e allegala al log (come nella foto esempio).
Un nickname scritto digitalmente nella foto non dimostra che tu abbia effettivamente visitato il luogo. In tal caso, il log verrà cancellato senza alcun commento.
Rein Waterfalls
The Reinbach waterfalls (also Rein waterfalls) are among South Tyrol's most beautiful and spectacular natural attractions. The four waterfalls are fed by the Rein river. They are located in Winkel near Sand in Taufers. These waterfalls were declared a natural monument in 1989.
The first, lowest waterfall of the Rein river is at the exit of the Tobl gorge. The approximately 10-15 metre cascade is located under a rock head, which is often called „Christuskopf“ ("Christ's head") due to its shape.
The second waterfall has a drop height of around 40 metres and can be admired from a viewing platform.
The third is the most impressive waterfall. The water plunges over a vertical gorge wall some 40 metres into the depths. This creates an amazing spray mist, in which, depending on the incidence of light, a rainbow becomes visible. You can admire this third waterfall from a bridge that crosses the gorge. The virtual cache is located on this bridge.
The fourth waterfall, about 20 metres high, is not on the hiking trail.
The lower three waterfalls can be reached on foot, either from below from Winkel or from above from Tobl. Along the hiking trail there are stations with sculptures dedicated to St Francis. Above the third waterfall, you reach the Franz-und-Klara chapel.
Log condition: Take a photo of your GC nickname (written on a piece of paper, for example) from the bridge with the third waterfall in the background and attach it to the log (as in the example photo).
A nickname written digitally in the photo does not prove that you have actually visited the location. In such a case, the log will be deleted without comment.
